Easy Overnight Oats

If you’ve never heard of overnight oats before, let me give you a quick little intro:

Overnight oats are a no-cook method of making oatmeal. Instead of cooking your oats with liquid on the stove, you simply combine oats with liquids and other add-ins, and let it rest in the fridge overnight.

It will turn into a creamy pudding-like porridge that’s perfect for busy mornings – just grab and go!

We love to stir in any of our 7 functional mixes for some extra nutrition and we’ve been doing it for all our breakfast and brunch events recently.

Everybody has been loving it so far and we figured it’s about time to share the love with you!

Your Super go-to base is oats soaked in liquid (we like almond milk). We’ll also add a sweetener (dates, maple syrup, etc.) seeds (chia, sunflower,…), nuts (walnuts, almonds, peanut butter…) or fruit. And of course we’ll stir in favorite superfood mix and add some toppings. Boom! Breakfast is served! So easy 🙂

If you don’t want to wing it, we’ve put together our favorite overnight oat recipes (below).

Tip: Overnight oats keep well in the refrigerator for up to five days – make them on Sunday night, and you’ll have a healthy breakfast ready every day for the whole workweek!
