We dispatch orders via DPD courier from Monday to Friday up until 3pm.
Orders placed on Friday after 3pm and on Saturday by 10.30am will be send by Royal Mail 1st class.
Orders placed on Saturday after 10.30am and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
We do not send orders on Bank Holidays.
Free delivery is valid on orders over £30. Orders under £30 are subject to a £3.99 delivery charge.
Saturday delivery is available for £8.99 order must be placed by 3pm on Friday and will be shipped by Royal Mail.
Orders from Northern Ireland, Scotland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st class Monday to Saturday.
How can I track my order with DPD?
When your order is packed and ready to be shipped we send you an email (please check your spam box).
Then DPD will keep you updated from there. The day before your order is due to arrive, they’ll send you a message nominating a delivery window. On the day of delivery, they send another message to let you know that your parcel is on its way. Delivery is also confirmed by email/text.
If your order is sent by Royal Mail delivery.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class only if you place an order between Friday from 3pm and Saturday 10.30 am. Otherwise will be send by courier DPD. Royal Mail 1st class postage will take 1-2 working days. If you haven’t received your parcel within 10 working days, please contact us.
Royal Mail are currently experiencing some delays as a combination of COVID protocols and increased volumes. Most items are being delivered on time, but this will depend on your location and local service.
Why do we have two shipping couriers?
We use two shipping companies because we want you to receive your order as soon possible. So, if you place an order on Saturday morning DPD won’t collect that order till Monday afternoon. By sending with Royal Mail there is a big chance you get your order Monday morning.
Orders send to Northern Ireland, Scotland and Channel Islands are less expensive than if we send with DPD. We don’t want to charge you so that’s why we use Royal Mail.
If special delivery instructions have been left when placing an order, Miracle Leaf Wellness will not be liable for the cost of the replacement should it go missing or damaged, after being left as the customer has instructed.
