We hope you love everything you buy from Miracle Leaf, but we completely understand that sometimes you might need to return part or all of your order.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send us an email with images of the product and request refund details.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please email us if you haven’t received refund after 7 working days.
We will cover the cost of the return shipping only if the incorrect item was sent or the product arrived damaged and you are unable to use it. Please make sure you take pictures of damage product and packaging and emailed them to us.
If you are returning unused items because you have changed your mind or don’t need any longer then the shipping cost will be your responsibility.
If your order is return to us because couldn’t be delivered by courier we will issue you a refund with postage cost deducted. For example: DPD Courier have tried to contact you, and tried to deliver your parcel several times, in the end is returned to us. If your parcel is send by Royal Mail, you should have calling card how to collect your parcel.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please keep proof of postage receipt.
