How to use it

Relax: Aromatic use- Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical use- Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier. Diffuse or put a drop or two near your pillow at night. This blend is also great mixed with carrier oil or added to a warm bath. To help relieve tension, you might want to try a few drops mixed with unscented body lotion or carrier oil and apply throughout the day.

Sleep Tight: Aromatic use – Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water at bedtime. Topical use – Dilute to 2-3% in a carrier.

Unwind: . Aromatic use- Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical use – Dilute to a maximum of 3% in a carrier.

Shake well before use. Harmful if swallowed. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if skin irritation/sensitivity occurs. If pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. External use only.
