Cannabigerol (CBG)

Is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid found in cannabis. While it’s derived from the same plant as THC (the compound that causes a “high”), CBG itself is non-psychoactive. This means it doesn’t produce the same mind-altering effects. CBG is highly anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antioxidant.

CBG is known as the “The Mother Cannabinoid” because it is the genesis of many major cannabinoids derived from cannabis. The first identifiable plant produces Cannabigerol Acid (CBGA), the acidic form of CBG. Cannabichromene (CBC)

A non-psychoactive cannabinoid. CBC acts as a real team player and works with other cannabinoids to increase their effects. CBC works differently than other cannabinoids. Most cannabinoids interact with CB1 or CB2 receptors in the endocannabinoid system and help with increasing the production of our endocannabinoids.
