Excellent service Excellent service! I have been using the King kanine products from miracle leaf as was originally buying them directly from king kanine in Florida, which meant waiting for it to come through customs so this is a much better and quicker service. I did recieve a faulty spray bottle with a bundle I had bought and without hesitation and without proof of a picture they did send me another bottle free of charge which promptly arrived the next day, the customer service was second to none and so friendly. I will continue to use Miracle leaf. The only 1 criticism I would have is that buying from the king kanine in florida they did have alot more sales and the sales were excellent and as the products are expensive I took full advantage of them and would bulk buy, so when florida king kanine have up to 40% sales off their products I will probably still use them to buy in bulk, but other than that Miracle leaf is a very reliable company, excellent and friendly customer service and very fast delivery so will go between the two companies but all in all its a 5 star! Anything that helps with my dog's arthritis and reduce any pain then I will do for him. So glad I can now get this product in Britain now, thanks Miracle leaf its a life saver for my dog! A happy customer and a happy hound!

On 26th January,  beloved cook-come-decorator-come domestic goddess Martha Stewart brought the new year in in style, by announcing the release of her own line of pet CBD treats.

Designed for many different types of pet, Martha’s new creation follows her human CBD gummies, which she calls “pâte de fruits”.

Many have responded to the news by delving straight into the famed hostess’ own love of animals (and, of course, CBD). Stewart has a whole host of beloved  pets, including two sibling cats, and has been an advocate of using CBD to help cats with anxiety and physical illness for years.

With all the hype, pet CBD specialists at  Miracle Leaf decided to delve into Martha Stewert’s own social channels – along with many other well-known cat-lovers – to find out which of them is the most feline-obsessed.

Our researchers trawled the entire Instagram feed of every cat-owning celebrity known to the English-speaking world, and found every single picture they had of, with or near a cat. They then crunched the numbers, and compiled the ultimate top 10 list, revealing the most cat-obsessed celebrities on Instagram.

The 10 Most Cat-obsessed Celebrities, according to their Instagram Posts

Celebrity Name Instagram Posts including Images of Cats Total Instagram Posts Percentage Share
Ricky Gervais 298 2146 14%
Kesha 136 2758 5%
Russell Brand 34 3488 1%
Taylor Swift 27 531 5%
Ian Somerhalder 26 1,142 1%
Martha Stewart 17 8967 <1%
Nicole Kidman 16 564 3%
Drew Barrymore 13 2,104 1%
Isla Fisher 6 700 1%
Robert Downey Jr. 1 408 <1%

Actor, comedian and writer Ricky Gervais was found to be the most cat-obsessed, by quite some way; 298 of his 2146 Instagram posts featured his cats – the newest of which (Pickle) joined the family at the end of 2020. Of Ricky’s thousands of posts, cats were certainly a central theme – equating to 14% of his Instagram feed.

Closely following Gervais was singer Kesha, with a total of 136 posts of her beloved cat, who she adopted and named Charlie in 2014.

In third, fourth and fifth places was an eclectic group of celebs. In descending order, comedian/life Guru Russell Brand had 34 pictures of his cat on his Instagram. Next up was singer-songwriter Taylor Swift, with 27 posts of her three cats, Meredith, Olivia and Benjamin; equating to sizable 5% of her minimal Instagram feed (made up on only 531 posts in total). In fifth place, then, was actor Ian Somerhalder, most famous for his role as heart-throb ba- boy Vampire, Damon Salvatore, in hit TV series The Vampire Diaries. While Somerhalder’s main Instagram fixation was his wife actress Nikki Reed, he also included several posts dedicated to their beloved collection of kittens and cats – 26 to be exact.

Surprisingly, despite Martha’s animal-loving rep, her hefty Instagram feed (made up of 8967 posts in total) contained only 17 pictures of cats – which actually equated to less than 1% of her total feed. Though, we should say, Martha has posted plenty of other pet pictures over the years – so maybe we’ll let her off.

Methodology

We compiled an initial long-list of celebrities well known for owning or loving cats. We then shortlisted these celebrities after an initial analysis of their Instagram accounts. Once we had a list of our top (15) celebrities, we manually checked their Instagram feeds and counted the total number of pictures that included cats. We cut the list down to the top 10 celebrities based on the total number of posts including their cats, and then worked out the percentage of posts cat-based images accounted for using their total Instagram post number (as of 04.02.2022).
