How to use Maude Cone device

Your Maude Cone will arrive in travel mode to ensure it doesn’t turn on during transit. This will prevent the device from turning on or charging.

To turn off travel mode, hold down the power button for three seconds until you feel two quick pulses, then travel mode will be deactivated. To turn on travel mode, hold the power button down again until you feel those same two quick pulses, then travel mode will be activated.

Your cone should ship with a partial charge, though it may have been depleted over time. Before first use, charge your device for a full two hours

Charging:

For Maude cone to charge, make sure the charging plug is fully inserted into the device’s port. The light will fade in and out when cone, medium is charging and shine bright when complete. We recommend charging via a usb adapter (1A minimum) plugged in to a wall outlet. If the outlet that you try does not light up cone, medium’s button, try using a different outlet.

After cleaning, allow cone to dry completely prior to charging. For optimal charging, use the charging cord provided with cone. Do not charge cone for longer than 3 hours.

  • Charging time: To reach a full charge will take between 1.5–2 hours.
  • Runtime: At highest speed: 1–1.5 hours. At lowest speed: 2–2.5 hours.

Cone, medium is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Like all rechargeable batteries, battery performance naturally declines over time.

To help preserve battery health, fully charge your device after each use and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.

As the battery ages, your device may hold less charge or require more frequent charging. For optimal performance, replacement may be considered after approximately one year, though battery lifespan will vary.

How to use Maude Cone:

  • To make things simple, there’s a single button that controls your device’s on/off function and 3-speed vibration setting.
  • Press the button once to turn it on and the LED light will go on—this is the lowest setting.
  • Press again to get to the medium setting, a third time to get to the highest vibration, and again to cycle back to the lowest setting.
  • Whether solo or with a partner, insert the tapered end fully into the anus, stopping at the flared base. We strongly recommend using an aloe- or water-based lubricant for ease and comfort.
  • To remove, relax and slowly pull while gripping the flared base—using more lubricant as needed. Be sure to clean thoroughly after use.
  • To turn off cone press and hold the device’s button down for longer than one second. The LED light will go out once cone is off.

Cleaning & storage

Clean Maude cone before and after every use with a mild, unscented hand or dish soap and hot water or with any silicone-friendly device cleaner. Maude Vibrating Cone cannot be boiled for disinfection due to its lithium-ion battery.

Store in your Maude Cone in a pouch or separately from other toys—sex toys of different materials can damage each other if left in contact. Keep away from extreme cold or heat.

Lubricant usage:

We strongly recommend using cone, medium with Maude organic aloe-based lubricant, Foria Pure Juicy Lube or any other water-based lubricant of your choice. Avoid use with silicone or oil-based lubricants as it will degrade the device’s silicone overtime, not straight away

Water contact: Maude Cone is water-resistant and can be used in the shower and bath. It should not be fully submerged or boiled for disinfection.
