This Plant Therapy Gut Aid is unique blend of essential oils was formulated to help support upset stomach issues, whether it be from feeling too full or feeling a bit queasy.

  • Size: 10 ml

Whether you suffer from motion sickness, snack on too much junk food, or just feel a little queasy when confined in close quarters, essential oils can get you (and your digestive system!) back on track.

Plant Therapy Gut Aid Essential Oil Blend combines Peppermint, Tarragon, Lemongrass, Sweet Fennel, Star Anise, and Ginger Root CO2 for an amazing minty-spice scent that promotes healthy digestion.

Gut Aid helps provide natural comfort and relief for occasional digestive issues, including queasiness, gas, bloating, and indigestion. Formulated specifically to help support relief from stomach issues that range from feeling too full after having a hearty meal to having a queasy stomach.

Stomach upset can crop up at the most unexpected times and for a wide variety of reasons. Maybe the bacteria in our gut isn’t balanced, the food we ate isn’t sitting right, or our body responds to stress and nervousness by cramping, bloating, or getting that unpleasant “knot” deep in our stomach.

Since our brain and our gastrointestinal tract are directly linked, our psychological responses to everyday situations can quickly influence how our digestive system is functioning.

All essential oils should be appropriately diluted before using them topically.

You could, however to get the intended benefit from it topical application would be recommended.

Can I diffuse around kids?

Gut Aid is not kids friendly. we would recommend topical use instead.

What are essential oils?

Essential oils capture the “essence” of a plant through distillation or mechanical pressing. Essentially, these oils are concentrated extracts that retain, or magnify the fragrance and effect of their source. Oils from different plants or different parts of the same plant can have very different chemical compositions, which changes the smell, absorption, and effect on the body and mind.

How do I use Plant Therapy essential oils?

While it might seem like there are endless ways to use essential oils, it really boils down to two methods: inhalation and topical application. One of the easiest ways to inhale your essential oils is with a diffuser. It sends your essential oils into the air, allowing you to enjoy the gentle aroma and therapeutic benefits. Essential oils can also be used on the skin, as long as they’re properly diluted in a carrier or lotion first. They can help with a variety of skin issues and even muscle or joint pain.
