Waste of my money😞😞😞 Fast delivery....... I tried my sleep patch last night. Put it on at 9pm. I was still wide awake as usual a few hrs later. Did not work for me at all. I also used the oh migraine patch early in the morning as I could feel a sight headache coming on. I thought I would nip it in the bud and applied the headach patch. It was on for a few hrs before I had to give in and reach for the painkillers as it gotten alot worse. Sadly neither patches worked for me. I had high hopes for these and I am disappointed. 😞. Considering the migraine patch is meant for migraines but it did nothing for my early mild headache before I had to have painkillers. I contacted customer services and they just advised I buy other products to relax in re. Sleep patch. Which defeats the purpose of buying these patches in the first place. Not throwing anymore money on more products in the hope that they may /may not work

Happy Gut, Happy YOU!

Your Super Gut Feeling Prebiotic mix is like instant celery juice, with fibre and digestive enzymes to beat bloat, get things moving, and support healthy digestion. There’s no juicer or blender required. Just mix, drink, and “go.”

You are what you eat – but if your digestion isn’t working properly your body can’t absorb the nutrients you need!

  • Supports healthy digestion and increases metabolism
  • Contains inulin to promote the growth of healthy gut bacteria and a balanced microbiome
  • Reduces constipation, bloating, and gas
  • Contains digestive enzymes amylase and protease that break down proteins and starches

Signs your gut might be unbalanced

If you think discomfort after eating (or any of the symptoms below) is normal, think again. They could be signs of an unbalanced gut.

  • Bloating and excess gas
  • Uncomfortable fullness/pain or nausea after eating
  • Constant fatigue or brain fog
  • Indigestion, diarrhea, or constipation
  • Out-of-control sugar cravings
  • Poor digestion
  • Skin issues
  • Food intolerance

The most common causes for digestive problems

  • Not chewing enough – If food is being eaten under time pressure, chewing is usually neglected – this means a lot more work for your gut. In addition, quick eating usually comes with swallowing a lot of air, which can lead to bloating.
  • Stress – Stress doesn’t only have a negative effect on the digestion, but on the entire body. Stress can initially enhance the performance of the body and brain, but it causes reduced activity in the gut. Why? In stressful situations, the body releases more adrenaline – it prepares itself to escape or fight.. As a result, digestion slows down, all the energy is being used to keep the body alert. No wonder, stress can cause bloating, cramps or nausea.
  • Alcohol – A beer here, a glass of wine there and a quick digestif: For many, alcohol is part of a relaxed get-together. However, the gut is less relaxed when it’s supposed to break down alcohol. Too much alcohol damages the gut flora and upsets the digestion.
  • Simple carbohydrates – As delicious as a slice of white bread or pasta may be (although there are so many better alternatives that are not only good for the soul, but also for the body!) foods that consist of simple carbohydrates contain very little fibre and are therefore a particularly good breeding ground for viruses and bad intestinal bacteria. This leads to an imbalance in the gut microbiome and can lead to digestive problems.
  • Too little movement – Many of us are working from home right now and are not exercising enough (sometimes we’re guilty of that, too!). Due to the lack of movement, digestion slows down and it can become more difficult for the gut to break down food.

Fibre is an essential nutrient for the normal functioning of the gut. It is related to a reduced risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and bowel cancer.”
– British Dietetic Association.

Gut Feeling – Prebiotic explained

Prebiotics are foods (typically high-fiber foods) that act as food for human microflora.

Prebiotics are a type of plant fiber that feeds the good bacteria in our gut. Probiotics are foods and supplements that contain live strains of healthy bacteria and yeasts. Both prebiotics and probiotics are essential for gut health and can improve digestive issues

Prebiotics are types of indigestible fiber that are as critical to the health of your microbiome, and therefore the health of your body, as the microbes they feed. So, when tending to your gut, it’s important to give the beneficial bacteria residing there the prebiotics they need to flourish.

They promote the increase of friendly bacteria in the gut, help to maintain a healthy digestive system and can even boost your immune system. Prebiotic foods have also been known to support a healthy metabolism and maintain overall good health.

CELERY FROM GERMANY – Anti-inflammatory, alkalizing & restore digestive health.

Celery is full of secondary plant compounds that have been shown to protect the digestive tract. The vegetable is also rich in minerals such as magnesium, iron, and sodium. Celery can have a neutralizing effect and thus prevent hyperacidity.

JERUSALEM ARTICHOKE FROM GERMANY –Reduces constipation and better digestion.

The root vegetable mainly contains inulin, a fermentable dietary fibre that also gives it a sweet taste. Inulin stimulates the growth of bifidobacteria in the intestine and thus positively influences the intestinal flora. Better intestinal flora supports the body’s defences. The vitamin C found in Jerusalem Artichoke also supports the immune system by accumulating in the white blood cells (immune cells) and protecting them from free radicals.

Your Super Gut Feeling 1

LEMON BALM FROM FRANCE – Reduces bloating, gas and abdominal pain. Plus is calming, relaxes the body and reduces anxiety.

This lemon-scented herb comes from the same family as mint and has a long tradition in alternative medicine where it is used to relieve stress and abdominal discomfort.

LEMON FROM EGYPT – Improve digestive health.

Do you drink warm lemon water first thing in the morning to jumpstart your digestion? According to Ayurvedic medicine the sour lemon taste helps stimulate your “agni” which is supposed to jumpstart the digestive system, allowing you to digest food more easily and helping to prevent the build-up of toxins.

Your Super Gut Feeling 2

GINGER FROM INDIA – Reduces bloating.

Ginger has a long history in alternative medicine. The root’s natural oils, Gingerols, can speed up the emptying of the stomach and naturally support digestion. It also contains the digestive enzyme protease which helps with the breakdown of proteins.

APPLE FROM GERMANY – Reduces constipation.

Apples are full of pectin, a soluble fibre that feeds the bacteria in the large intestine. The fruit’s oligofructosaccharides support the growth of healthy gut bacteria, promote digestion, and improve nutrient absorption. Besides, apples contain the digestive enzyme amylase, which aids in the digestion of starches.

Super Celery Juice

  • Add Your Super Gut Feeling Mix to water and stir until combined.
  • Add ice and garnish with lemon, if using. Enjoy!

gut feeling

An unpleasant side effect of a high-fibre diet can be flatulence or a feeling of fullness, especially at the beginning. Start slowly, for example with one cup of lentils or oatmeal per day, until your intestines and digestion have become accustomed to it. Also, make sure to drink more with fibre-rich meals. This will help the water-soluble fibre to swell.
